Communications Sub-Committee
The Communications & Public Relations Committee maintains district wide guidelines/procedures for communications programs and provides hands-on manuals to each individual to each individual school. In addition, the committee also increases the involvement of the public in the public schools, increases the involvement of the business community in the public schools, communicates to the public any positive and/or negative issues facing the school system, portrays to the public what the roles of the Board of Education and the Administration are in the public school systems, and maintains relationships with local media.
