Mr. Gavin B. Forrester lll - Board Chairman

Board Member (2009-2013) 

Mr. Forrester, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, has been a resident of the Town of Stratford since 1963.  He graduated from Stratford High School, attended the University of New Haven, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Accounting.

Mr. Forrester is employed by Gremesco Corporation.  He has dedicated his time and energy to public service for twenty plus years.  Mr. Forrester's public service experience includes sitting on the Stratford Zoning Commission (2000-2004) and the Stratford Town Council (2003-2009).  In addition, he  is a 20 year volunteer for Stratford EMS, and is a Notary Public and Justice of the Peace.  

He has been married for twenty-five years to his lovely wife, Margherita, and they have a daughter, Frances Forrester, who was the 2007 Valedictorian of Stratford High School, and is currently attending NYU studying Bio-Chemistry.
