Welcome to Stratford Public Schools. In order to expedite your student’s registration, please make sure all forms are completed and you have all supporting documents. Registrations are by appointment only. Once you complete the student’s packet, please call the registration office at 203-385-4206 to schedule an appointment.
At time of registration appointment, the parent or legal guardian must provide the following:
Personal Identification Documents

Parent/Guardian’s photo ID

Student’s original birth certificate or passport with raised seal (No copies will be accepted)
Proof of Residence in Stratford
*Important: your name must be on all bills and documents submitted.

Mortgage statement, deed or tax bill-if you own home
or current lease –if you rent

Declaration of Legal Residency form-for tenants only
-
Two (2) current utility bills (gas, electric, oil, water or cable bill is accepted)
Health Requirement Documents

Current physical and immunizations (must be less than a year old)
School Records
*Important: Please make sure to formally withdraw the student from previous school.

Current report card
-
IEP Evaluation/Special Education documents (if applicable)
Custody Paperwork

Bienvenido a las Escuelas Públicas de Stratford. Para apresurar el registro de su estudiante, por favor asegúrese que todos los formularios estén terminados y que tenga todos los documentos de apoyo. Los registros están por cita solamente. Una vez que usted termina el paquete del estudiante, por favor llame la oficina de registro al numero 203-385-4206 para planificar una cita.
Al momento de su cita de registro, el padre o guardián debe traer los siguientes:
