Attention all interested Cross Country athletes. The first after school meeting is today in the gym. You may take the 3:45pm late bus home. All interested athletes can attend. Athletes may register on FamilyID.

| Thursday Oct 18th | Boys and Girls Invitational | 4pm (Home) start time @ Flood Middle School Roosevelt Forrest |
| Monday Oct 29th | Boys and Girls Championships | 4pm (Away)start time Ridgefield High School |

***Students must take the bus back to Flood for parent/guardian pick up from away meets or
Parents must sign athlete out with coach at the meet.
Cross Country Team Practice Schedule:
Practice is every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 2:45pm -3:45pm
Excluding days in which we have a meet scheduled. Athletes must get picked up after each meet.
