Chapel Families,
All students in grades 3-6 will be participating in the Smarter Balanced State Assessment over the next few weeks. Chapel's testing schedule was created to spread testing sessions out providing students with ample opoortunity to complete each section while also limiting the amount of time they are testing each day.
There is a math section of the test that consists of 2 parts. A reading section and a science section ONLY for students in grade 5.
For each section of the test, students in grades 3 and 5 will test from 9:15-10:15 AM and students in grades 4 and 6 will test from 10:20-11:20 AM each day.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher or to Mr. Cicero. As always, thank you for your support!
Respectfully,
Mr. Cicero
