Calling all Chapel Cheetahs! The 15th annual Walk-a-Thon will take place on September 29, 2023! This year, you will have the opportunity to walk or FUN RUN around the Chapel field with your fellow students! This is a great day for students, staff and families to participate together in the first fundraiser of the year. Come enjoy the outdoors with music, prizes and more!
We are asking our Chapel families to support this fundraiser as best they can – the proceeds from the Walk-a-Thon/Fun Run go directly towards all of the PTA’s endeavors throughout the rest of the school year; including Trunk or Treat, Teacher Appreciation Week, summer reading books for students, the school dance, the Learning Garden, and so much more!
All students who collect and turn in at least $25 by September 22, 2023 will be entered into a raffle to be held for each grade on the day of the Walk-a-Thon/Fun Run.
Families are invited to join us on 9/29 at the Walk-a-Thon/Fun Run, as volunteers or spectators – please email ChapelStreetSchoolPTA@gmail.com if you are able to volunteer; the more the merrier! A schedule will be sent home the week of the event.
All money must be turned in by September 22, 2023 – cash, check (CSS PTA), PayPal (PayPal.me/ChapelStPTA), and Venmo (@ChapelPTA) are all accepted. Please note your child’s name/grade for online payments. A business sponsorship form is also included for additional fundraising.
