Constitution Day: All students at Lordship School celebrated Constitution Day on 9/17! → | Constitution Day: The Preamble was read over morning announcements, and our classes revisited their class charters - Reimaging them as Constitutions. |
This Week At Lordship School: We have two dismissal changes that will be going into effect on Monday 9/22. 1) All walkers/pickups will be dismissed to the blacktop. This way siblings can meet their parents in one location, limiting hallway traffic at dismissal. The front door will no longer be used - Families that pick up in the front of the building, please walk around the building to the blacktop area on Lordship Road. 2) Our bus assignments are being updated to support a safe and orderly dismissal. Ms. Smith in the main office is reaching out to inform families of students whose bus number will change. Our hope is that this alleviates some issues that have arisen since the start of the school year. We will communicate with students on Monday as well. Academic screeners are almost completed building wide. This data will be communicated with families in next weeks’ Lowdown. This data will be used to target areas for improvement with our students. PTA Parking Lot for new ideas, questions, comments, concerns etc. Title 1 Letter to Families - Being a Title I school provides additional federal funding and resources that help support all students’ academic success, with a focus on meeting the needs of those who may require extra support.
