Multiplication Champions: Multiplication is an important third grade skill because it helps students move beyond repeated addition and solve problems more efficiently. It builds a strong foundation for future math concepts like division, fractions, and area. Learning multiplication also gives students confidence and helps them connect math to real-life situations. | 4th Grade Science: In fourth grade science, our students explored the structure and function of the skull. They examined their own heads with their fingers to make discoveries, then used their observations to design a mask that reflected their skull’s features—including a movable jaw. It was a creative and engaging way to connect science to hands-on learning, and we loved it! |
This Week At Lordship School: We began our first data team cycle - A data team in elementary school helps teachers look closely at student work and assessment results to see what students are learning and where they may need extra support. This teamwork allows teachers to adjust instruction so every child can grow and succeed. Open House: Please see Open House Letter PTA Parking Lot for new ideas, questions, comments, concerns etc. Title 1 Letter to Families - Being a Title I school provides additional federal funding and resources that help support all students’ academic success, with a focus on meeting the needs of those who may require extra support.
