How do I join a team?

In order to sign up for an athletic team, the families of the child must fill out an electronic form on their parent portal to register their child. Powerschool has a section called e-forms that allows families to complete an electronic form. We, at the middle school level, will be using "Powerschool" to sign up for all athletic teams. A registration will immediately have the "PENDING" status until processed by the director of athletics.

Why do we have to sign up for this?

This online registration is the same process that both Bunnell and Stratford High school athletic programs use to register.

Do I need to fill out the same information every season?

The great thing about the online process is that powerschool can pull most of the important information we need for athletics straight from your account! As always, there may be the need to update expired or outdated information such as new athletic physicals, change of address, etc.

Why is only one season open to register?

Only current sports are discoverable and as we get closer to the next season registration will open for those specific sports.

How do I register?

If a student is interested in athletics at the middle school level, their families can fill out an e-collect form on their Parent Portal for their child. Please view the "Online Athletic Registration" tab on this website for step by step directions.

The E-forms section is blank. Why is this?

Commonly, parents and guardians accidentally use the athletes student portal powerschool instead of the parent issued side of powerschool and/or families are logging in from a cell phone instead of a desktop device. Forms are only discoverable by the families parent portal and from a desktop device. Log out and double check that you are signed into parent portal. Don't have the parent portal log in?
