We are proud to recognize Ryan Wong, a 5th-grade student at Eli Whitney, for his outstanding achievement as a student inventor.
Ryan’s innovative creation, “Clean Cleats,” earned him the title of 2024 Connecticut Invention Convention State Finalist. His success at the state level propelled him to the U.S. National Invention Convention in Michigan, where he had the opportunity to connect with fellow student inventors from across the country. While there, Ryan also participated in an initial casting for Shark Tank—an exciting and memorable experience!
