What: Yoga & Mindful Movement Practices - Mindful Movement and SEL practices can be an integral part of building well being and relationships within the school community. These are twice a week mat and/or chair based mindful movement practices and SEL wellness workshops for students to support their own growth, self regulation, and their relationships with their community. Ms. Mack is a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hr RYT and also has 300 CYT both from training with Breathe for Change.
Who: Anyone interested grades 9 - 12
