Weight Lifting Club

Advisor/Contact Info: Mr. Tyler, Student Services Office

Meeting Dates/Times: every Tuesday and Friday; 2:15-3:45 PM (days subject to change on weekly basis)

This club is open to all students. Students can take part in a routine over a period of time and be provided with a packet to track and monitor their weights lifted. There is an “open gym” format as well. Students will take part in a warm-up, lift routine, and cool-down stretch each day.
